Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management Information Systems and Services, this position is the primary data manager for all student enrollment data. Specific duties include: collaborating with senior enrollment management leaders and other constituents to identify and address analytic and reporting needs to support data-driven decision making; working with functional units to ensure data quality and integrity; providing university constituents with access to student data and developing reporting solutions for users to utilize this data; developing, maintaining and automating scheduled reports that support student data needs of university faculty and staff; working closely with the Department of Information Technology and Institutional Research, Analysis & Decision Support to collaborate and support the institution’s data and analytics needs including, the development and completion of a comprehensive data dictionary; and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in information technology or a related field and a minimum of one year of experience developing reporting. Must have experience utilizing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Crystal Reports or a similar software product. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to collaborate and communicate effectively with others, as well as manage projects.
Master's degree preferred in Information Technology or related field
Three years experience developing reporting
Prior experience in an educational environment strongly preferred
