The Division of Gynecologic Oncology at UMass Memorial Medical Center and University of Massachusetts Medical School is seeking a fourth subspecialty trained, board eligible/certified gynecologic oncologist to work as a full-time clinician/educator at the assistant or associate professor level. The University of Massachusetts Medical Center, located in scenic central Massachusetts, is a 781 bed tertiary care center serving central and western Massachusetts partnered with a medical school nationally known for its Nobel and Lasker prize winning research faculty, its ranking in the top 25% of medical schools for NIH funding, and its award-winning primary care education. The department of Obstetrics and Gynecology has six robust subspecialty divisions and 20 resident physicians that are actively involved in the clinical care of our gynecologic oncology patients. Responsibilities for division members include clinical practice at the Medical Center and affiliated sites, medical student and resident education and research. The division of Gynecologic Oncology is a member of NRG Oncology and the Gynecologic Oncology Group Foundation/Partners. Clinical, translational, and basic science research will be encouraged.
