Job Description The Reputation Risk Reporting consultant (Business initiatives consultant 3) will be a key contributor to the success of Wells Fargo's Reputation Risk Oversight (RRO) program. This position will be primarily focused on leading change management, increasing awareness of reputation risk oversight to a broad set of audiences, and developing impactful reporting for regulator, senior leader and board-level awareness.

You will understand effective communications strategies and develop comprehensive, executive-level reporting for a broad variety of constituents. You will have the ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative and accountability as you are developing new ways to communicate progress with businesses, functional areas, senior leaders and the Board of Directors.
Key responsibilities Include:
Spearheads RRO communications plan and change management
Manages stand-alone RRO reporting and integrated Enterprise risk reporting
Improves documentation of RRO processes and supports development of playbook
Ensures integration of reputation risk messaging into team member communications, training, development and awareness campaigns
Develops and maintains RRO Teamworks site

Locations: San Francisco, Phoenix, Des Moines, Atlanta, Minneapolis, or Charlotte Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Experience managing communications and documentation projects
Experience writing and editing internal communications and training-related materials in a corporate environment or financial institution
Knowledge and understanding of maintaining and updating SharePoint team web content
Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
Other Desired Qualifications
Ability to synthesize data from a variety of sources and deliver results quickly
Experience developing reporting associated with risk programs
Risk process mapping experience
Knowledge and understanding of project coordination: performance report development, management dashboards, and key metrics
Experience documenting and presenting metrics that drive business decisions
Strong understanding of the risk organization within Wells Fargo
Record of adaptability, resilience, and effectiveness at engaging diverse teams with competing priorities
Ability to integrate several viewpoints and synthesize key messages; demonstrated strength delivering effective reporting and communications from concept to execution
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
