This Network Services IT AdminII position provides support for the campus network infrastructure, includingLAN, WLAN, and WAN. The primary network services this position supports are themaintenance and management of the Campus-wide Network Access and Control (NAC)system on campus, and serves as first point of contact between ComputerTechnology Support (Tech Support) and Network Services, and assists TechSupport staff and the Help Desk in resolving issues related to end-userconnectivity, including desktop and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Installs, maintains,and manages Campus Network Access & Control Systems.
Assists with theinstallation, maintenance, administration of the UTHSC Campus NAC system,Cisco's Identity Service Engine (ISE).
Trains and providesassistance to Tech Support staff & campus end-users, hardware maintenanceand upgrades, and management and configuration of the Campus-wide NAC systemfunctionality.
Provides assistance toTechnology Support staff in configuration and end-user support of variousnetwork related configurations.
Provides assistance toTechnology Support staff in troubleshooting any network related end-userissues.
