Provide initial intake assessment for individuals newly assigned to the Team Provides clinical assessments for all individuals assigned to the Team Provides individual and group treatment on an as needed basis Develops and writes the ACA for all clients on the team Assists in development of Individual Action Plan (IAP) for designated individuals according to Bay Cove Human Services, CARF, Medicaid Rehab Option, and Dept.
of Mental Health licensing regulations Assists with case coordination of designated individuals.
Provides clinical training individually or in groups for staff as needed Provides crisis assessment ,planning, and treatment for individual clients as needed at the request of the FTL or ATL Carry a reduced caseload as assigned by the FTL Other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or other qualified licensure Three years direct care experience providing services to adults with mental illness.
Proficiency in word processing and other computer functions.
Demonstrated professional communication and organizational skills.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and writing assessments and treatment plans Flexibility to work evenings and weekends on an as needed basis.
