We are currently seeking ambitious and personable candidates to serve as Commercial Pest Control Technicians. You will make service calls to commercial customers and apply anti-pest treatments as outlined in job orders. In addition, you will identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services—and receive additional commission income for doing so!

As a Commercial Pest Control Technician, you will make visits to commercial customers, performing pest control treatments per job orders created by our sales team. You will be provided with a company vehicle, allowing you to commute to and from your route directly from your home.
Your specific duties in this role will include:
Applying pesticides to structures according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions
Driving company vehicle to customers' places of business
Calling customers to confirm scheduled services
Responding on a timely basis to customers' requests for telephone and in-person service calls
Identifying and acting upon opportunities to upsell additional products and services
Completing required production forms at end of daily route
Maintaining vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition
Assisting in sales to current customers through contact on route
Performing other duties as assigned
We are looking for a self-motivated Commercial Pest Control Technician who combines a solid work ethic with a pleasant and engaging personality and the ability to easily build rapport and credibility with our customers. This requires not only excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, but also a commitment to treating customers and their businesses with the utmost respect and consideration.
Specific qualifications for the role include:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Ability and willingness to work in confined spaces
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
Strong basic/intermediate math skills
Ability to maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, or local regulations
Current and valid driver's license
No facial hair (rebreather must be able to seal to your face)
Prior industry experience, a plus
Prior route-based sales experience, a plus
