The Office of the Registrar maintains an accurate academic record for each student who enrolls at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and provides timely, accurate, and responsive services to students, faculty, staff and the public. Selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check.
Ability to work variable hours including evenings and weekends, and participate in occasional overnight travel.
Selected candidate must have the ability to work for extended periods at computer with or without accommodation.
Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent combination of experience / training.
Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff verbally and in writing.
Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.
Working knowledge of common organization-specific and other computer application programs.
Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
