The Office of Retention Services including all of the units and fund sources has an annual operating budget of over $5.5 million dollars and $2.4 million in gifts, endowments, and other revenue. Retention Services provides services to the campus community with over 17,000 undergraduate and graduate students and has over 61 career staff employees and 830 student staff employees operating in 8 locations.
Selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check.
Valid license to drive in the state of California.
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
Ability to maintain appearance and conduct suitable for working in a professional setting.
Bilingual. Read, write, and speak Spanish.
Experience in website creation or content management.
Knowledge of campus departments, student clubs and organizations, and related policies.
Experience using FilemakerPro, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, WCMS web design, Constant Contact, and various software.
Experience working with Latina/o Families and diverse communities.
