This is a challenging role that creates an opportunity to grow and develop while doing your life's best work.(sm)The Business Analyst will support multiple market needs which include managing telecom tickets and telephony requests, report building and analysis tying Patient Acquisition and Retention contribution directly to lead conversions/enrollments, Salesforce administration in partnership with OptumCare Marketing, Avaya dialer campaign requests and loading, identifying and implementing process improvements to gain efficiencies, and other adhoc reports or assignments as needed. The Business Analyst will support all participating markets. The Business Analysts will be point of contact for outbound dialer and telecom and will manage all processes among those teams to create requests, format reports for loading, create Salesforce reporting for a complete campaign lifecycle including conversions, create Salesforce reporting for clients for a monthly reporting package in addition to adhoc reports, manage TFN lists for marketers, identify campaign issues by completing campaign QA and making updates as needed. Required Qualifications:1+ years of experience in business / finance including analysis experience with a solid understanding of data storage structuresExperience gathering requirements from the client / business and documentingIntermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, PowerPoint)Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and providing an evaluation, benchmark and/or process improvement recommendations1+ years of experience with project methodology (requirements, design, development, test and implementation)Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verballyAbility to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate dataStrong Customer Service skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or equivalent work experienceIntermediate level of proficiency with Access Careers with Optum.
