Responsible for acquiring professional level Finance, IT, or other corporate work experience alongside assigned leaders and professionals. Participates in the Leadership Development Program (LDP) through rotational assignments. Gains the broadest possible leadership development experience through reading material, observation, hands-on job performance, participation in meetings and successful completion of training assignments and moderately complex projects.
Job Responsibilities 1. Completes required classroom work, training, and assignments as needed to satisfy Leadership Development Program requirements. 2. Participates in company training programs and assignments within prescribed areas, which may include, but not limited to, Finance and IT. Participates and completes special projects of a moderately complex nature. 3. Experiences diverse parts of the business and exposure to various businesses, job functions, managers, and senior leadership, guided career development and skills development. 4. Receives hands-on, accelerated on-the-job training of a professional nature and performs reflection and feedback of rotation/program assignments and special projects.
Job Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four year college or university; GPA of 3.0 or above 2. Prior service industry work/internship experience preferred 3. Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule 4. Ability to travel and/or relocate 5. Strong interpersonal skills for successful interaction with trainers, mentors, and leadership 6. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively prepare and present information 7. Ability to efficiently manage time such that assignments, goals, and objectives are met 8. Aptitude for front line supervisory positions and operations management 9. Ability to take responsibility for decisions and actions 10. Ability to lead and motivate others
