Minimum $10.50/hour. ($11.50/hour after completing NCIC certification.)
Serves as Communications Officer/Dispatcher. Responsibilities include: provides liaison and disseminates critical information between public and public safety personnel; directs police and security officers to emergency/routine calls for services; coordinates emergency responses units during crisis situations; maintains appropriate logs, records, reports; accesses local, state, and federal computerized criminal information; operates a variety of communicating, recording, and electronic devices; patrolling the University and buildings on foot or in a vehicle; providing assistance to motorists; taking reports; and assisting with traffic control, escorts, and crowd management.
