This individual will lead cross-functional teams to build and execute on business plans, and will be responsible for reporting (executive management reporting, weekly tracking, issues management reports, target lists, etc.) to both communicate progress and drive accountability with matrix partners. He/she will work extensively with internal or external business constituents, be responsible for weekly report outs to the leadership group, and maintain close relationships with the local markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HEDIS data, be familiar with provider office management and EMRs, have strong analytical skills and proven project management discipline. This position will report to the Director of Strategic Programs in the East Region. Primary Responsibilities: Set strategy and lead programs to achieve HEDIS goals dependent on provider dataAnalyze, review, forecast, and trend complex dataLead analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planningInteract with executives and confidently convey region strategy and issues the markets need to address in order to meet business objectivesSupport short and long term operational/strategic business activities through analysisDevelop recommended business solutions through research and analysis of data and business process and implement when appropriateManage issues by proactively reporting progress and working with cross functional peers to resolveServe as Provider Data Acquisition SME to internal local teams, and in some instances, external providersServe as market SME to campaign leaders ensuring campaigns meet local market requirements and nuancesServe as a key resource on complex and/or critical issuesReview work performed by others and provide recommendations for improvementPartners with Market CEOs & Executive Directors to analyze plan performance and address obstaclesProvide explanations and information to others on the most complex issues/ quality technical standardsMotivate and inspires other team members
