Primary Responsibilities:Provide lead guidance, support, and training for the front office and non-clinical staff function as first contact for customer service issues. Resolve complex issues by deferring to supervisor or manager Responsible for enforcing custom service standards, billing functions to include patient check in and out process, cash handling, demographics and insurance information Oversee and monitor empanelment and call process making adjustments as needed to meet customer expectations, mediate patient issues and manage the administrative aspect of the patient visit, ensuring that custom service standards are met Complete daily deposit. Accountable for adherence to business compliance audits criteria. Serve as lead in assisting management with staff oversight, orientation and training Oversight of efficient customer service processes including waiting room management Responsible for compliance requirements as dictated by clinic and companyMaintain current list of clinic assets Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and report to management when items need to be replaced
Required Qualifications:High school diploma or GED 1+ years of experience in a healthcare environment Access to reliable transportation that will enable you to travel to client and patient sites within a designated areaPreferred Qualifications:Proficient in Microsoft Office Medical assistant certification Experience as a lead, senior level or supervisor Careers with Optum.
