As the Patient Access Support Supervisor, you will support patient access activities for the Infusion Services and Clinical Trials Unit. You will demonstrate through plans and actions that are consistent with standards of excellence to which all work is to conform. This position will have responsibility for managing the activities of the employees to create an environment of excellent customer service and identifying opportunities to aid in setting goals, priorities and optimizing employee performance through process redesign, policy/procedures and communication.
This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
