This position will be responsible for setting up the new state of the art campus and will also be institutionalizing the learning culture of the new campus. The incumbent should also be providing instructional leadership, managing and leading the staff and overseeing the facility and budget. Would also be responsible for providing the safe and healthy environment to the students.
Provide leadership and coordination in the development of Elementary/Junior School curriculum.
Ensure design and delivery of effective learning methodologies, practices and processes inside and outside of classroom.
Provide academic, pedagogic and instructional leadership to teachers
Classroom Environment & Manage Children:
Create a nurturing, respectful and safe classroom environment that responds to the needs of each child.
Plan engaging experiences and small group experiences within an inquiry play-based context.
Monitor and maintain consistent standard for student behaviour, provide activities to involve students in all aspects of elementary/Primary school life, monitor attendance and maintain guidance, health and food services for the children.
Provide leadership and management of faculty and staff:
Recruit, hire, train and evaluate all staff members.
Drives accountability in the school through periodic and consistent reviews and feedback mechanisms.
Observe teachers and advise on their classroom leadership, team collaboration, curriculum implementation, parent relationships and adherence to the mission of the school.
Conduct formal performance reviews and lead regular staff meetings
Ensure Health Standards:
Keep the school environment healthy and safe in accordance with standards.
Monitor instructional areas to ensure that the facilities that support instruction are attractive, organized, functional, healthy, clean and safe.
Advocate of School's philosophy, Communication & parent relations:
Communicate the vision of the school to all stakeholders, be an active listener, provide opportunities for two- way communication between school and community.
Develop and maintain good relationships and communication with parents to facilitate
meeting the needs of each child, including organizing meetings to update and involve parent in their child's learning
Student Recruitment and Enrolment:
Ensure student recruitment as needed to maintain optimal school enrolment.
Conduct tours for prospective families and organize all marketing and enrolment materials
Administration and infrastructure support:
Manage, evaluate and supervise effective and clear procedures for the operation and functioning of the school to ensure a safe and orderly climate, building maintenance, personnel management, office operations, and emergency procedures etc.
Develop master schedule and oversee/coordinate scheduling processes
Ensure compliance with all laws and civil regulations. Assume responsibility for the health, safety, and welfare of students, employees and visitors.
Budgeting and financial control:
Prepare and manage budgets, plans and projections.
Ensure maintenance of records of the materials, supplies and equipment that are necessary to carry out the daily school routine.

Inclusion and differentiated instruction
Minimum 4-5 years of experience of leading and managing Elementary/Junior School
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in classroom teaching experience
Demonstrate strong instructional leadership and understanding of Teaching and learning
Proven skills and abilities as a visionary who demonstrates leadership, resourcefulness, flexibility, managing change & innovation.
Proven & successful experience of working with children of relevant age in an elementary learning environment.
Strong administrative experience in managing staff and operations of the school
