The Learning and Organization Development Department (L&OD) provides consulting services to enhance and improve organizational, departmental, and individual performance. With the incredible growth MSK is facing, we continue to look for talented individuals to join our department. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for developing and executing MSK's talent planning and succession strategy. Consult with clients across the organization to understand underlying issues and to define performance and business objectives.
Utilize expertise, experience, and legal knowledge of assessments' development, research methods, and validation studies to ensure the most targeted applicability, legal defensibility, and potential organizational impact of assessment instruments.
Design and facilitate talent/succession planning and selection processes for mid to executive level roles.
Create, facilitate, and oversee programs that support our employees' development.
Provide one-on-one coaching to internal clients to meet performance and development needs.
Analyze data, synthesize themes/trends, summarize, and present data to audiences across the organization.
5+ years of progressive experience in organization development and/or talent management
Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organization Development/Psychology/Leadership, or related discipline (PhDs encouraged to apply)
