Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with development officers and other Advancement staff to strategically identify and research prospects.
Create accurate and complete confidential prospect reports and briefs through a combination of data entry and written summaries.
Utilize the fair combination of research resources, prospect reports, analytics tools, and discussions with other Advancement staff, in conducting day-to-day prospect research duties and major projects.
Assist in the management of prospect development data and maintain data integrity.
Maintain and improve systems, policies, and procedures based on industry best practices to continually improve prospect management and research.
Prioritize and work independently through complex requests and deadlines.
Knowledge of Banner or similar database.
