Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) Primary Responsibilities:Manage mailbox including reporting Mailing INTL (APAC) invoicesReviewing and tracking undelivered mailAddress Updates / name changes / contact changesMailbox access management adminDaily Reports generationDaily / Weekly / Monthly review of queries or reports: AR module review for errors, customers without Collections group report, QA (i.e. Shutterfly daily reports), monitor inter - company projects for missing accounting rules and monitor COMMP projects for missing accounting rulesStage 5 / SharePoint: updating the Sharepoint Site for new opportunities, updating QC field on SharePoint and Determining the Bill Cycle ID for each opportunityData migration validation or clean - up work Add business to SharePoint site(s) as they deployNew employee on - boarding and trainingBiller Calendar management - transfer of items each yearSet up department meetingsOrder suppliesOther projects as defined
