Ball State University is accepting applications for a professional position as Project and Academic Compliance Manager.
Major responsibilities: Serve as project manager for division initiatives. Develop and refine reports for leadership initiatives; track progress on initiatives and project completion. Compile data for purposes of accreditation and program review. Evaluate new tools for academic compliance issues including FERPA, ADA, accessibility, and privacy. Provide oversight and management of state authorization efforts for online and distance education programs.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
At least two years of experience in project management techniques or related; knowledge of academic compliance issues (ADA, FERPA, etc).
Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree.
Additional years of experience in related field.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; project management certification.

This position is a full-time fiscal year contract position.
