GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Provide data support for the teacher education programs in the College of Education at Framingham State University, including but not limited to national accreditation, state program approval, educator licensure, student support and retention, and faculty research. Develop, implement, maintain, analyze, secure and summarize confidential reporting and assessment data for University teacher education accreditation and program approval. Ensure that faculty, staff, and students receive appropriate training and support necessary as it relates to the implementation of program assessments/data in the various data management systems.

EXAMPLES OF SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support to the faculty and staff in conjunction with accreditation and program approval
Maintain assessments for teacher preparation programs in electronic management systems
Ensure faculty, staff, and students/candidates receive appropriate training and support for use of specific management systems as applicable
Maintain, analyze, summarize, and report assessment data generated through the University's data management systems, and the field placement database for accreditation and continuous improvement
Responsible for maintaining the safeguard and security of confidential unit, program and student/candidate data
Coordinate preparation and documentation of the Teacher Education Advisory Council (TEAC), and related College of Education committee/subcommittee meetings
Assist in the coordination and management of accreditation and state program review site visits
Serve on or attend teacher education committee/subcommittee meetings
Maintain documentation which provides accreditation information to the public
Work collaboratively with the University's Licensure Officer to support the University's implementation of undergraduate, post-baccalaureate and graduate state licensure regulations
Access, analyze, summarize, and report state data to assist in continuous improvement and potential growth
Prepare pertinent assessment reports for administration, faculty, and staff
Accountable for ensuring that affirmative action, equal opportunity, and diversity are integrally tied to all actions and decisions in areas of responsibility
Complete other related duties as assigned
Special Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
Minimal lifting and carrying to transport materials to other locations for various presentations.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Higher Education, Assessment or a related field in behavioral or social sciences from an accredited college or university
Demonstrated proficiency with data management systems
Demonstrated ability to manage, analyze, summarized, and report on large data sets
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative academic environment
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to present information and communicate with small and large groups
Demonstrated ability as a self-starter and be to learn, use, and teach others a variety of data management tools
Understanding of Massachusetts Education Licensure Regulations
Experience in higher education
Experience in education preparation programs and program approval
