Demonstrates knowledge and skill in the daily operations of employed specialty clinics. In coordination with the Practice Administrator of the Medical Group, manages tasks and projects that help the medical group and each clinic assigned, meet daily, quarterly and annual goals as defined by leadership and the PSO.Works collaboratively with clinic leaders to ensure strong communication and understanding of expectations and processes within the PSO. Collaborates with other healthcare team members, leadership, and medical staff to provide continuity amongst the Medical Group. Responsible for setting and achieving quality and safety goals/measures and benchmarks as defined by government regulations, St. Maryâ™s Medical Group and the PSO. Works as the back up to the Practice Administrator in the case of PTO or Medical Leave.

Â·Assist SMMG Practice Administrator with Medical Group Operations
Â·Assist clinic leaders with the creation of action plans regarding monthly Press Ganey satisfaction scores to meet Director defined expectations.
Â·Collaborate with SMMG clinics on recruitment needs and create justifications for all replacement and new positions. Working in Taleo on a daily basis to move potential candidates through the selection process. Ensure all hires align with current associate wage ranges.
Â·Attend all weekly\biweekly\monthly PSO calls regarding existing and new projects. Work as the primary contact on such projects and identify additional resources needed to successfully implement projects.
Â·Identify barriers and solutions to meet budget, productivity and 5 key metric expectations. Be aware of the annual MCPIPA initiatives and assist the Director and Controller in meeting the quarterly expectations.
Â·Act as the back up to the SMMG Practice Administrator when out of the office. Attend all meetings in the absence of the Practice Administrator. Approve all Webnow invoices and expense reports to eliminate delays in payments. In the absence of the Practice Administrator, escalate any invoice variances to the SMMG VP.
Â·Assist clinic leads with HR issues such as position changes in Lawson and disciplinary action.
Â·Work in the KRONOS time system as the primary editor and approver of all SMMG clinic leads and Practice Administrator reports. Assist clinic leads with Kronos training, security and policy guidelines.Act as the back up to all clinic leads for editing and approving when they are out of the office.
Â·Assist with onboarding new clinic leaders and ensure they have a clinic mentor assigned, correct access in Epic, QHN, Lawson and Webnow.
Â·Collaborate with the PSO Quality and Risk management team to meet all regulatory requirements and be present for all Quality/Risk and safety audits. Work with the clinic leads to correct any deficiencies. Be the point of contact for the hospital Quality, Risk and Safety management team.
Â·Communicate with SMH public relations to identify stories to share with our community.
Â·Maintain awareness of expectation or changes in the PSO and work collectively with the clinic leads and Practice Administrator to ensure alignment and readiness for success.
Â·In collaboration with SMMG leadership, work to develop short and long term goals and implement strategies to meet these goals.
Â·Ensure hospital initiatives and announcements are communicated to all clinic leads.
Education: Bachelorâ™s Degree required in Business or related field
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a healthcare leadership role. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to mentor and develop others
