The Compensation and Performance Management Workday Implementation Lead is a new member of the human resources team and will be critical resource to provide subject matter expertise related to compensation and performance management policies, processes, data flows, and quality.
Accountability for hands on execution of the Workday configuration for the annual compensation planning processes, including merit, bonus, and equity, and performance management cycle
Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Workday Implementation for Compensation and Performance Management.
Map and re-engineer compensation and performance management processes for optimization and achievement of SLAs
Ensure all external integration points are properly configured
Consider testing strategy and test case scenarios for thorough User Acceptance Testing and sign-off
Participate in various compensation and performance management related workstreams that involve revision, development and/or re-design of existing processes. This includes high-level project management, collaborating with appropriate internal and external resources, and ensuring that deliverables are on time and on budget.
Collaborate with Workday Community to identify, recommend and track opportunities for process and operational improvements.
Create documentation for new processes and which provide guides to service center resources
Compose and revise job descriptions based on data received from managers, incumbents, and knowledge of the company
Participates in development of performance review system to ensure continuity with succession planning, development plans, and employee relations
Provides input on quality communications to employees and managers about compensation and performance management processes.
Minimum 3 years in compensation and performance management
HCM implementation experience, Workday preferred
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Strong Microsoft Office skills required
