Infoscitex (IST), a DCS company, has an opportunity for an experienced Operations Research Analyst to act as the study lead for our high visibility Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) efforts. This work is in support of our Air Force Research Laboratories (AFRL) Sensors Directorate (RY) customer at Wright Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) in Dayton, Ohio, and involves utilization of the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM) mission level tool suite to evaluate the operational benefit of advanced sensor technology concepts in future warfare environments.
As this Analyst, you will be leading a small operations analysis team executing activities involving scenario development, sensor model performance representation, simulation execution, and analysis of results using the AFSIM framework. You will have oversight of multiple MS&A efforts with the responsibility to ensure the quality and utility of these results. You will also develop integrated strategies to investigate the deployment and exploitation of advanced sensor technologies (including emerging sensor processing and fusion models) that improve warfighter capability in combat scenarios.
