Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will serve as the document imaging system administrator, and coordinate system upgrades and oversee new imaging initiatives with the university.
Identify more efficient methods of data sharing and improve business practices.
Coordinate Banner training, analyze security requests and serve as the liaison to ITS to ensure appropriate access is granted.
Create security classes with appropriate objects and authorize access based on user role and supervisor approval.
Analyze security reports on a daily basis to ensure access is maintained or deleted based on employment changes.
Using WebFocus, a report development tool, develop on-demand reports for fifty departments, nine college offices, administrative offices and external agencies.
Provide hardware and software support to the Enrollment Management division and assist users with printing, networking, email and other technology-related issues.
Provide technical support with implementing university initiatives and special projects.
When serving on implementation teams, this position will recognize the university’s diverse population and strive to meet the needs of all members.
Graduation from a four-year college or university with a degree in computer science, information technology or related area and one year in the information technology field related to the position’s role.
