To better answer the needs of our clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities, we've built a close-knit I/DD Services team focused on providing in-home services and supports to our clients throughout the Denver metro area. Currently, these services are provided through Medicaid and the DD, SLS, and CES waiver programs. We're now looking for an experienced and passionate Program Director to help guide the growth and advancement of our team. As the Program Director, you will oversee all facets of our I/DD services while collaborating closely with senior leadership to set and execute the long-term vision. If you have extensive experience with I/DD services, familiarity with relevant Medicaid waivers, and an established track record of leading and developing large teams, we would love to talk with you.
Essential Job Functions:
Direct all services PASCO provides through the DD, SLS, and CES waiver programs
Directly manage an established program administration team
Oversee the supervision of a large team of Direct Support Professionals
Guide the I/DD hiring, onboarding, and training processes
Track crucial compliance items and lead all auditing efforts
Spearhead new projects to advance our I/DD services

At least five years of successful program manager or director level experience at a fast-growing PASA
An extensive and in-depth knowledge of Colorado I/DD services and waivers
