Required Qualifications:1+ years in UHG or other healthcare company recovery operations2+ years of experience in managing clients, including managing AR and inventory for multiple provider or payer clientsIntermediate or greater level of proficiency with MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint, etc.)1+ years of specific experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlinesPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeKnowledge of Payer and Provider revenue cyclePrevious Provider facing or Payer facing customer service1+ years MS Project and VisioPrevious experience with SQLCareers with Optum.
