The Treasury Analyst, Treasury Operations reports to the Manager of Cash Operations for SCL Health and is responsible for assisting the Manager in banking functions related to the centralized cash management program and the transition of Treasury operations to a more strategic role.
1.Assist in activities related to SCL Healthâ™s centralized collections and disbursement, including coordination of the flow of funds and maintenance of banking relationships.
2.Assist in providing access and assigning rights to SCL Health associates in the various banking online systems.
3.Assume responsibility for all system-wide patient merchant payments to include the following:
a.Assure adherence to regulatory, legal, and corporate controls,
b.Manage implementation of new card products and processing services,
c.Coordinate with Revenue Cycle on new collection strategies ensuring that commercial banks with appropriate capabilities are considered.
d.Maintain the master listing of all patient payment merchant card machines
4.Provide customer service to our Care Sites as it relates to ordering various banking supplies and/or researching banking issues
Education:Bachelorâ™s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required. Courses should include statistics, accounting, finance, and computer science.
Experience: Three to five years progressively responsible experience in treasury operations. Experience with large, multi-entity corporations and/or large health care companies are preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Â·Strong and broad knowledge of capital and investment markets, quantitative techniques, risk management and portfolio management is preferred.
Â·Data base management and word processing/spreadsheet software and applications; proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
