Pharmacists successfully completing Mayo Eugenio Litta Children’s Hospital PGY1 Pharmacy Residency will be proficient practitioners providing advanced pharmaceutical care services in a pediatric hospital setting. Training opportunities during this PGY-1 residency include: Pediatric Pharmacy Practice, Critical Care (pediatric and neonatal), General Pediatrics, Infectious Diseases, Hematology/Oncology, Ambulatory Care, Pain Management, Emergency Medicine, and other electives. Research, a quality improvement project, and online staffing required. Benefits include a competitive vacation package, professional leave days, medical and life insurance, dental/vision reimbursement, and up to $2500 research allowance per resident. Relocation assistance ($500) is available. Stipend $48,000. Start date: July 2, 2018. Application deadline: January 5th of the year you wish to begin the program.
