Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Outpatient Ortho Center has an opening for a Registered Nurse, Per Diem to work Wednesday and Thursday. The Registered nurse II assumes responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care. The Registered Nurse II consistently demonstrates professional skills and abilities, utilizes his/her knowledge base and proficient skills to direct and supervise the clinical performance of others in the role of collegial consultant and resource person. Demonstrates motivation and creativity and serves as a catalyst for effective changes within the Nursing at the unit service line and institutional levels. Applies clinical knowledge regarding standard pattern of care to consolidate interventions for time and cost savings. May assume responsibility for patient advocacy, patient rights and meeting customer's expectation Note: All External Hires must successfully pass a background check, a prohibited substance screening, and a pre-employment physical.
