The Phones Regional Coaching Consultants will report directly the VP of Sales Training and the Branch Regional Coaching Consultants will report to the Regional Sales Managers with a dotted line to the VP of Sales Training.The Skills You BringAdvanced financial planning expertise and experienceYour innate ability to identify developmental training opportunities and collaborate with product groups and corporate training on program designSuperior presentation skills with respect to small team meetings and/or large scale seminars & workshopsRelevant knowledge of Fidelity culture and customer base, our products, tools, services and distribution modelAbility to drive national initiatives and coordinate effectively with peers in phone sites and branch regionsYou are capable of influencing and motivating others while providing leadership and directionThe Value You DeliverFacilitating high quality sales training for branch and phone sales associates, utilizing all mediums: classroom, small group training, virtual and workshopSharing financial planning expertise to appropriately position Fidelity's retail guidance tools, products, and planning strategiesTraining branch associates to become highly proficient and effective sales consultants by embracing consultative selling practicesSupporting the branch culture of growing the businessHow Your Work Impacts the OrganizationFrom content creation to classroom delivery, the Regional Coaching Consultant is accountable for improved learning curriculum and the ongoing proficiency of our sales representatives.
