The National Recreation & Park Association has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to be part of the association's membership department. This position is responsible for providing customer service and support for the day-to-day membership operations.
· Manage internal and external customer service inquiries via phone, email, fax and/or mail within 24 hours.
· Process membership and certification applications, dues, renewals, product orders and event registrations.
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of information in database. Data integrity and attention to detail is a must.
