Hoxworth Blood Center seeks up to four (4) Telerecruiters who are motivated, goal driven and ready to join our team. The work you do is a critical step in our life saving mission. You will be the voice of Hoxworth to blood donors throughout the tri-state area. This position will initiate phone calls and schedule donor appointments and maintain daily production standards to meet the established collection goals. The ideal candidates will have terrific telephone etiquette, excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work with potentially difficult customers.

1. Continuously makes phone calls, talking with potential donors
2. Repetitive use of hands and fingers

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma/GED diploma. Must be familiar with basic computer applications.
