Partner with HRIS Manager and payroll to ensure compensation and benefits systems are maintained and all reporting related to open enrollment and the annual compensation process is updated accurately and in a timely manner throughout the year.
Conduct market compensation, internal equity comparisons, and FLSA evaluations for new and modified jobs. Recommend target compensation levels. Ensure market compensation survey matches are maintained for all jobs.
Recommend and produce various analytics and reporting tools for HR and business clients to facilitate compensation and benefits related design discussions and decision making. Present materials independently to HR and business clients.
Interpret benefits plans and policies in order to facilitate administration, respond to client questions, and interface with vendors independently to solve more complex problems; pulling in the Benefits Manager as needed.
Complete designated compensation and benefits surveys. Review and interpret survey results. Make recommendations for change based upon results and assist in development of internal communications related to comp or benefits changes.
Provide general support and coverage for compensation, benefits, and HRIS, as necessary.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in base and incentive compensation, and benefits.
Preferred experience in compensation, accounting, finance, or banking.
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in providing exceptional service to internal clients.
Knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA) a plus.
CCP, CEBS or SPHR certification a plus.
Strong analytical, problem solving skills, capable of understanding and analyzing complicated issues.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access; familiarity with payroll/HRIS systems.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Detail-oriented and able to reprioritize work when necessary.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with HR and business partners.
