The Program Evaluator position will be responsible for Diabetes Prevention Program evaluation including program monitoring, quality assurance, data collection and analysis. Provides assessment of the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvements. Works with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to support the Diabetes Prevention Programs. Duties include but are not limited to tracking program compliance, collecting and compiling data submission reports, summarizing information for review, comparing desired and actual program results, suggesting changes, providing technical assistance as need while assessing the use of resources.
Bachelor’s degree in related field of study required.
Minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in monitoring, and conducting program evaluations.
Experience collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data (i.e. data surveys, standardized pre and post measures, health care data from electronic health records, interviews and focus groups).
Background in Behavioral Health, not-for-profit setting, healthcare and/or social issues highly desirable.
Quality Improvement experience preferred.
Knowledge of evaluation frameworks, principles, and methodology.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
Must have demonstrated experience in conducting and leading monitoring and evaluation programs.
Must have proven ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
Must have experience working on issues regarding development and utilization of integrated data systems
Experience working in non-profit organization or association a plus.
