Keystone Hall is a non-profit organization that provides comprehensive residential and outpatient substance use disorder treatment, prevention, and recovery supports to New Hampshire community members, including men, women, adolescents, and families. We are currently seeking an experienced senior manager to join our team as Vice President of Keystone Hall. This position requires extensive interaction with the public (government, agencies, community partners, philanthropic organizations) in establishing and maintaining excellent relationships throughout the state and communities the Agency services. You will work in close collaboration with the GNCA, Inc./Keystone Hall President/CEO and other senior management staff of affiliate organizations.
In this role, you will develop and ensure adherence to the overall clinical philosophy of care as related to substance use treatment; ensure the organizational delivery system uses evidence-based treatment throughout all provision of services; monitor the quality of clinical care for consistency and clinical integrity throughout substance use programs; work with all stakeholders to grow and develop services based on market potential; manage budget and profit/loss of substance use specific programming; work in collaboration with senior leaders to develop clinical policies and procedures for the delivery of services; collaborate with interagency leaders to develop and deliver clinical training; provide consultation to clinical and administrative staff concerning substance use treatment as related to risk management and ethical issues; monitor the quality of clinical supervision for staff; participate in and lead service performance and quality improvement activities; ensure substance use services are delivered in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements; maintain knowledge of and adhere to CARF standards throughout programs; participate in grant and proposal writing; and direct and mentor staff within a managed care or alternative payer environment.
The successful candidate will possess a Master’s Degree in a related Behavioral Health Discipline. Must have strong business acumen and financial skills. Independent licensure (LADC/MLADC/LICSW/LCMHC) or eligibility and experience with co-occurring (mental health and substance use) clients preferred. Minimum of ten (10) years experience in administrative or supervisory positions in a human services agency, with at least five (5) years in administration or supervisory position with oversight of an agency facility required. Excellent organizational, leadership and management skills along with strong written and verbal communications and ability to manage multiple projects a must. Knowledge of computers and data systems also needed.
