Pharmacists successfully completing a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota will be proficient practitioners capable of providing advanced pharmaceutical care services to patients in a variety of ambulatory care settings. Training opportunities are diverse, including learning experiences in a numerous medication therapy management and ambulatory care clinics. Additional elective experiences are available to optimally tailor the curriculum to residents with varying practice interests. The resident is required to complete a research project, quality improvement project, online staffing, precept, and provide continuing education and in-services for members of the interdisciplinary team. Benefits include a competitive vacation package, professional leave days, medical and life insurance, dental/vision reimbursement, and up to $2500 research allowance per resident. Relocation assistance ($500) is available. Stipend $51,000. Start date: July 2, 2018. Application deadline: January 5th of the year you wish to begin the program.
