Position Description This is a role within the team, Project Support, Asia, whose roles and responsibilities are as follow:
Drive payment operation projects in the region.
Rollout and implement payments solutions across all APAC branches; identify any branch specific additions and requirements.
Act as a regional point of contact for payment operations.
Close SIAI for payment-related items.
Manage and execute UAT, validating solutions and coordinating to resolve any issues.
Analyze and optimize payment operation process flows.
Provide production support and act as SME to provide consultancy for payment operations regionally.
Regional system security function and GBS application parameter default set up.
Asia Regional GBS holiday changes coordination.
Post implementation projects support.
Develop Asia MIS report.
RTL Production Checkout
Acts as the Project Lead to provide support and business consultancy for Regional/Global Payment Projects.
Partner with Product Management , Product Development Team, Change Management, Tech Team and other relevant business partners to provide support for project implementation including defining Project scope, BRD requirement, Analysis process , UAT/Regression Testing and etc. in order to meet business requirements and also in line with bank operations policies and compliance standard.
Connect with Asia branches and other business supports to coordinate necessary UAT requirements for each project implementation including FTE resources, equipment requirements, GBS test environment, regressing /PCE test plan and etc. to ensure all risk factors are covered, country-specific requirements are included and budget are covered.
Provide support to Asia branches to prepare test plans, test scripts and re-test plan to ensure all test cases are covered to meet business needs.
Closely monitor the process of all UAT and Regression testing to ensure the progress is followed within the planned schedule. Take remediated actions immediately to minimize impacts. Escalate to Senior Management if required.
Coordinate/conduct training / overview to business partners on new process if required.
University graduate with recognized professional degree preferable.
At least 5-7 years solid project management and change management experience in banking payments and related systems.
Strong business and technical knowledge of Asia/Global Clearing Systems including high-value and low-value payment, SWIFT, Cross-border International Transfer, FX/MM, Sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering and APAC country regulatory payment standard.
Good analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in PC knowledge such as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and etc.
