Love the field of international education? We work with eager international students from Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Mainland China, Macau, and Taiwan.
Passionate about social impact? You’ll change the lives of the fifty-plus international students that receive scholarships from the ALLEX Foundation.
We’re looking for a part-time or full-time special projects coordinator / executive assistant to manage the administrative duties related to the implementation of the ALLEX program. This includes tracking, collecting, and organizing oodles of paperwork; liaising with partner institutions and faculty; managing mid-size events; coordinating accounts payable and receivable; implementing technology needs, and supporting the executive team in areas such as HR, travel, and business development.

Domestic travel in the middle of June and beginning of August for one week each is required. Availability for international travel preferred.
This is a temporary, substitute position with an ideal start date of December 1 and wrapping up in mid-August. Earlier start date is possible. If you’re the right fit and budgets allow, we might ask you to stay permanently. Health insurance and visa sponsorship is not available.

Can’t stand traffic? West Concord is a reverse commute from Boston, and the commuter rail (Fitchburg line) is just five minutes from our office. Access from Cambridge and Boston is easy.
Some remote work and flextime may be available.
