**Epilepsy/EEG** 100% day shift position available. Act upon and triage calls as appropriate, appropriately document patient care per hospital and department policies, effectively communicate with patients and providers medical issues/concerns, perform nursing assessments on patients having or have just had a seizure, perform necessary medical review, call patient with appointment discharge follow-up, follow all appropriate hospital, division, and department nursing policies. 1 year of RN experience required.
**CCN - Continuity of Care Program** Current openings area: *100% day shift position available. *per diem. The Continuity of Care Nurse (CCN) coordinates all aspects of care leading to a timely transition to the next level of care for patients on acute care units. The CCN serves as a liaison to patients, families, medical teams, nursing staff, social services, interdisciplinary team members, consulting and referring physicians and agencies involved in the care of patients from admission through the discharge process. The CCN identifies the clinical targets and milestones for discharge and eliminates barriers as needed. The CCN communicates the discharge plan to appropriate team members.Requires min. two years acute care or critical care nursing experience.

The Utilization Management Specialist (RN) is responsible for the ongoing review of a designated group of patients through the use of approved indicators and medical criteria to ensure that standards of quality and appropriateness of inpatient hospital care is continually met. The U.M. Specialist identifies the reason for admission, complications, and co-morbidities, and is responsible for reporting clinical information to multiple payers as required to obtain financial coverage for the patient and decreased financial risk for the hospital. Through frequent communication with physicians and hospital staff, the U.M. Specialist is responsible for the resolution of quality, utilization, and/or risk issues which may arise during a patient's stay.
Requires minimum of three years professional nursing experience in an Acute Care setting. Utilization Management experience preferred. InterQual Criteria experience preferred.
Full time days position currently open with Radiology. On-call also required. Position responsibilities include:
assist interventional radiologists during procedures involving all modalities of radiology in the Angiography suites (Body IR, Neuro IR, CathLab)
assist with Cardiology outpatient test: Echo's, TEEs, DSEs and treadmill tests
assist our Sports/Spine and Pain Anesthesia Team with procedures (steroid injections, spine injections for back pain, phototherapy's)
provide moderate sedation for all tests that require it, monitoring the patient throughout
pre and post anesthesia care and well as patient care coordination.
Requires ICU experience.

**Pediatric/Foster Care Clinic** Per diem position available. Schedule will be 8 hours each Wednesday to help assist with MD and psychologist on shift. Helps with case management and care coordination. Experience with outpatient setting and pediatric patients.
**Employee Health** Per diem positions available. These positions are to help with flu season. Experience with outpatient setting.
**Multiple Outpatient Clinics and off-site programs** Medication Assisted Treatment (MET) Care Manager 100% day shift positions open for the HMC-ETS (Evergreen Treatment Services South King County) Hub and Spoke program. The HMC-ETS Hub and Spoke program will augment the current HMC Office Based Opioid Treatment Program in the HMC Adult Medicine Clinic, providing access to service for patient with opioid use disorder at Pioneer Square Clinic, Harborview Mental Health and Addictions Programs, the HMC inpatient service, the HMC Aftercare Clinic, and two outside programs (Evergreen Treatment Services South King County Clinic and Carolyn Downs Family Medicine Center). Addiction experience is required with 2 years of RN outpatient experience preferred.
**Urology Clinic** Per diem RN position available. Urology and/or outpatient experience preferred.
**Pioneer Square Clinics (will work at dual locations)** 55% Day (Monday - Friday) position available. This position has two work locations. One in permanent housing complex for men who are formally homeless and chemically dependent and the other in small 2 room low barrier clinic serving people who are homeless, unstably housed, marginalized and reluctant to use traditional community services. This position may require occasional work in other community based settings. All locations require a focus on outreach and engagement building relationships with people in order to engage them into medical care. The nurse provides: triage, chronic disease education, phone and in-person care coordination,transitions of care,acute medical care, completes medical orders and support chronic disease management.
**Ambulatory Care Services/Outpatient Care Manager/Care Coordinator** Full time positions available. And, per diem position available. Care management, care coordination, and transition management for patients with recent hospital or emergency room utilization, chronic conditions, multiple co-morbidities, and social, financial and cultural barriers. Also works with Accountable Care Network and population health approaches. Under general supervision, this RN will collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to identify, engage, assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate options and services in meeting the needs of high risk individuals. The RN will work closely with clinic(s) and function across the continuum of care, interfacing with patients, care givers, providers, and community resources to facilitate the best possible clinical outcomes and optimal level of wellness while using resources appropriately. 2 years RN work experience required; outpatient clinic experience desirable. Care Coordination/Transition Management (CCTM) certification (or equivalent) desirable.
**Outpatient Mental Health Services (OBOT Program)** 100% Day shift position available. Outpatient RN Care Manager for the OBOT program. The OBOT Program offers medication assisted treatment to adults with opioid use disorders in a behavioral health clinic setting. Experience working with patients with addiction is required, current BLS certification in CPR.
**Outpatient Mental Health Services** Per diem position available. Experience in outpatient mental health setting preferred.

90% hybrid RN/Screener position: Two 12-hr shifts and six 8-hr shifts in a two week period. 12 hour nursing shifts are direct patient care in the Respite clinic. Two years of inpatient experience preferred, including Charge RN. 8 hour screening shifts involve reviewing referrals for admission. Referrals come from hospitals throughout King County. Screening referrals requires excellent nursing judgment, attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple priorities, and excellent communication skills. Schedule is: Week 1 Mon/Tues 8 hour shifts, Wed/Thur 12 hour shifts, Week 2: Mon/Tues/Sat/Sun 8 hr shifts.
80% Screener position (RN2 position): Eight 8-hr shifts in a two week period. 2 years of inpatient experience preferred. Review referrals for admission. Referrals come from hospitals throughout King County. Requires excellent nursing judgment, attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple priorities, and excellent communication skills. Schedule is: Week 1 Wed thru Sun, Week 2 Wed/Thurs/Fri.
Per diem Screener: 2 years of inpatient experience preferred. Review referrals for admission. Referrals come from hospitals throughout King County. Requires excellent nursing judgment, attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple priorities, and excellent communication skills.
Per diem RN (two positions): Direct patient care for homeless men and women, in a homeless shelter with an embedded clinic. Patients are recently discharged from hospitals throughout King County and have a daily nursing need. Two years of inpatient experience required, including wound care and management of central lines. Experience with addiction and mental health preferred.
**Eye Institute** 100% Day and 80% day shift positions; Per diem position available. This Eye Institute clinic RN position focuses on the clinical support of the Oculofacial surgical practice. In collaboration with the Oculofacial Patient Care Coordinator (PCC), the RN will assure seamless coordination of care in both the pre-surgical and post-surgical phases and assist physicians with clinic based procedures and telephone triage .The ideal candidate must be well organized, have excellent communication skills and be resourceful to facilitate meeting patient needs.
**Eye Institute (Operating Room)** Per diem position available. Experience with Surgical Specialties prefer experience in ophthalmology. Experience in an OR -Circulating/Scrubbing. Experience with Moderate Sedation and this position will also be required to make post op phone calls.
**Eye Institute (Clinic position)** Per diem position available. The clinic RN supports surgical practices within the practices as well as performing blood draws and Fluorescein Angiograms in clinic. The Clinic RN also supports telephone triage for opthomalogy practices.
**Kidney Clinic** 100% Day position available. RN experienced preferred.
**SANE Nurse position (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner)** Per diem position available. On call position providing care to adult, adolescent and pediatric victims of sexual assault including physical exam and forensic evidence collection. Service currently is provided at Harborview Medical Center and Valley Medical Center at a minimum. Program may expand in the next year to cover additional facilities in the Seattle area. 40 hour didactic SANE training is provided along with extensive orientation. Minimum availability of 72 hours per month in 12 or 24 hour shifts. Must be able to arrive at the hospital within 40 minutes of receiving page. Minimum 2 years nursing experience required. Emergency department, Women's health and/or Pediatric experience preferred.
**UW Medicine - Community Care Line/Nurse Advice Line/Transfer Center** (This position is located in an office at Boeing field).
