Join us and start doing your life's best work.Primary Responsibilities:Case Installation configuration and maintenance for Facets set up and member data entryBilling set up, structure revisions, researching and resolving structure issues, database loading, and preparationMay research installation issues and develop customer specific resolutions including auditing contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standardsTest contract installations / implementations to ensure successful operation prior to their implementation / deploymentEnter and review testing for projects and Facets system upgradesDocumentation of configuration, training materials, flows, quality assurance tasksMaintain professional presentation and ability to keep information confidentialEnter relevant data (e.g. Member information codes; benefits changes; new information) into customer documents based on design specificationsProvide test results to relevant internal partners in order to facilitate needed corrections / clarifications
Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GED (or higher)1+ years of experience in Customer ServiceProficiency with Microsoft Suite including Word (creating and editing documents), Excel (knowledge of formulas and vlookup), and Access (knowledge of database and how to format information)Preferred Qualifications:6+ months of experience with Case Installation1+ years of experience with FACETS ApplicationHealthcare experienceSoft Skills:Proven to be proactive, self- motivated, detailed oriented, and work with minimal supervision or supportDemonstrate effective time management skills to effectively plan, organize, set priorities, meet deadlines and handle multiple work assignmentsExcellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize caseload based on business needs as well as ability and willingness to accept and work in a new and changing environmentPhysical Requirements and Work Environment:Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, and long periods working at a computerService center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor activityCareers at UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual.
