This position will be responsible for end-to-end business process activities related to Electronic Payments & Statements (EPS) Operations. Day to day activities will include creating, controlling and improving business processes as well as managing operational project plans for deployments to ensure operational readiness. It is important to have good communication, analytical and facilitation skills (verbal and written), good attention to detail and experience in writing business requirements (P&P's, process flows, etc.). Also important to have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio. Primary Responsibilities:Assist in business process improvements, process re-engineering and process design to achieve business goalsCreate and manage a project plan for all business process improvement, major deployments and new payer implementationsSolve moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analysesCollect feedback from EPS operations team on process performanceIdentify defects and develop solutions to support business objectivesIdentify solutions to non-standard requests and problemsWork with team SMES to develop "To-Be" business processes and manage any subsequent changes to themDevelop plan to seamlessly integrate new process with existing business processes.Develop and maintain business process mapsAssist in the identification and evaluation of processesEnsure that process improvement objectives, specific goals, measures, and metricsare establishedEnsure that project objectives are identified and tasks are completed on timeEducate business users responsible for managing and operating business processesMonitor, measure and provide feedback on process performanceWorks with the team leaders to plan and lead improvement projectsWorks with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasksReport project status and road blocks to EPS leadership
