Job DescriptionManages the end-to-end RFP development process for treasury services Request for Proposal (RFP) responses in the Asia Pacific. Responsible for the engagement of downstream partners, coordination of strategy call, the development of a project plan which outlines the timeline and deliverables for all the business partners, research and respond to questions and final production of the RFP response. The role will support the Treasury Sales teams in Asia Pacific and will support country, regional as well as global RFP responses for treasury services for Financial Institutions and Large Corporates. The Proposal Manager will work with the sales team to ensure that the RFP response differentiates the Bank from the competition, meets the client's needs in terms of solutions, is in compliance with the client requirements, addresses all the RFP questions and completed within the required deadline. The role may also involve working on the pitch document which follows the issuance of the RFP.
Enable the sales teams to increase revenue and product penetration in designated client segments by delivering customized proposal responses that differentiate the bank and convey the product value proposition
Partner with other internal teams for the execution of Request for Proposal (RFP) strategy
Review product content and offer recommendations to revise proposal content
Liaison with client management, sales, product, compliance, legal and risk partners to ensure compliance with all RFP requirements and bank policies
Managing proposal content to ensure relevant, up to date information is available on the database
Excellent writing, and communications skills, with thorough command of grammar and writing techniques
Excellent project management skills
Strategic thinking and creative ideation in order to reach multiple audiences and communicate using a variety of mediums
Deadline-driven, detail-oriented team player
Experience in Proposal Writing
Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Powerpoint and Excel
Understanding of Treasury Management products and the ability to make recommendations on solutions
8-10 years of experience, preferably in financial services, people management experience preferred
Graphics design and/or Powerpoint/Adobe expertise will be advantageous
Awareness of regional financial markets
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; able to handle multiple priorities
Strong relationship building skills and proven ability in influencing stakeholders - must be able to lead across functional units
