The Portfolio Management Team is responsible for managing the Group Projects Portfolio, including project demand challenge and prioritization, investment planning and management, individual project capacity planning and overall project portfolio interdependencies, co-ordination with other divisions and impacted entities, as well as monitoring the development of individual projects, and overseeing them on behalf of the Group COO.

support the Portfolio Managers to perform project and portfolio prioritization, to assess resource requirements, understand and evaluate interdependencies, issues and challenges of major initiatives and Portfolio
contribute to and support the periodic project and portfolio reviews
support the Portfolio Managers to analyze portfolio performance, develop scenarios and prepare a sound decision basis for top management
ensure optimum process and information flows within the Portfolio Management team and support continuous improvement of Portfolio Management processes and associated practices or regulations
create and prepare working instructions, on boarding materials and roles & responsibilities for portfolio Team
are an extremely result and customer-oriented personality with excellent problem-solving capabilities
have the ability to analytical thinking, ability to understand, process and visualize data
speak business fluent English (a must), good German knowledge (is beneficial)
are advanced in MS office (Powerpoint, Excel) and have basic skills in MS Access
