We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Associate with a PhD in immunology, pathology, molecular biology, oncology, biochemistry, neuroscience or pharmacology. Projects involve preclinical and clinical validation of molecular imaging contrast agents for predicting, staging diseases, monitoring the progress of disease, and therapeutic efficacy of diseases using different strategies. The candidate will write progress reports quarterly to the PI and complete research manuscripts for publication. The successful candidate will have access to state-of-the-art laboratory equipment and departmental core facilities for molecular imaging, as well as to the great research community in one of the top medical schools in the USA.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with immunoassays, immunohistochemistry staining, molecular imaging, radioactive materials, and animal handling.
Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and a dedicated willingness for multi-tasking are essential for this position.
Previous experience with rodent dissections.
Ph.D. in immunology, pathology, molecular biology, oncology, neuroscience, pharmacology, or a related field.
