It's theopportunity to do your life's best work SpecificRequirements: Equality andDiversity Supporting theAuthority to assemble and produce a quantitative and qualitative evidence baseto inform the development and formulation of its equality objective(s); Advising theAuthority on the process and outcome of equality objective setting; Supporting theAuthority to formulate action plans to achieve equality objectives; Providing advice tothe Authority on equality, inclusion and human rights' related strategies,policies, guidelines and document templates; Providing advice onthe equality implications of strategic, operational and/or system changes thatimpact either on the workforce and/or on communities being served; Working with theAuthority's engagement staff to design suitable public consultation exercise(s)to inform and publicise equality objective setting process and provisionaloutcomes; Working with theAuthority's communications staff to publish and publicise objectives; Assisting theAuthority to gather evidence to demonstrate compliance with the Equality Act; Assisting theAuthority to gather and demonstrate evidence in respect of "due regard"obligations re PSED; Providing regulartraining on PSED and "due regard" to designated members of staff. Equality DeliverySystem (EDS) including: Supporting theAuthority to design and develop an EDS including feedback arrangements to theAuthority's Governing Body.Assisting theAuthority to identify lead officers for EDS. Commissioning andprocurement including: Providing advice onembedding equality, inclusion and human rights into the Authority's clinicalcommissioning activities, in line with PSED; Providing advice onembedding equality and diversity into the Authority's procurement activities; Supporting theAuthority to evaluate the Equality and Diversity plans of providers andsubmissions in response to tenders. Reducing healthinequalities - supporting the Authority to embed Section 14T of the Health andSocial Care Act (2012) into its normal planning activities.Ensure the CCG andits Provider organisations are compliant with any statutory, legal andregulatory frameworks related to the Equality & Diversity agendaTake the strategiclead on the development of key Equality, Diversity and Inclusion functions,systems and policies enabling the CSG's corporate aims and objectives to beachieved Business Continuity Review and advisethe Authority on its Business Continuity Policy and programme in line with ISO22301:2012Assist the authorityin completing its business impact analysis including an annual review of itsservice mapping processes.Assist and advisethe Authority to conduct risk assessments on its services Assist and advisethe Authority in the development of its Corporate Business Continuity planincluding the development of actions plans for managing business continuityincidents. Design and deliveran annual business continuity exercise for the staff of the Authority Design and deliverbusiness continuity training to all levels of staff within the Authority. Support theAuthority to provide assurance to NHS England on its Business ContinuityprocessesGain assurance fromproviders regarding their Business Continuity status
