Work independently to create both ad-hoc and standard reporting for the ICM engagement, including management and LOB specific requests, interact with team AVP and project team to solve project related queries and gather feedback on delivered projects
Work independently as needed on Email Outreach, Meeting & Seminar management, Navigation support for Marketo/Salesforce users
Discuss and understand project scope and client requirements. Work directly with MIS analysts, team AVP, and support task allocation internally (SNOW/HelpDesk) where required
Provide error-free output on standard and complex tasks and achieve the targets efficiently
Show flexibility to meet urgent deadlines
Able to accurately manage and maintain large volumes of data in Excel; proficient in Excel functions such as pivot tables, v-lookup, filter/sorting, index match, conditional formatting, text to columns, etc.; formatting worksheets and PowerPoint for presentations to senior management, Advanced Excel (dashboards, linked sheets, etc.) and Access, SQL, and/or VBA capabilities a plus
Knowledge and experience of with Email/Marketing Campaign, Marketo, or other CRM databases desired
Knowledge of running highly detailed email campaigns or experience with similiar automation desired
Client engagement experience desired
Excellent time management abilities, and written and spoken communication skills, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
Ability to learn new systems as needed, work independently, and to use one's own initiative and without supervision
Ability to work with teams across regions - team members work with colleagues in all Moody's offices, willingness to work different shifts if team requires
