The Division of Business at Molloy College invites applications for a Full-Time faculty position in Economics and Management, tenure track appointment, which starts September 2018.
An earned doctorate is required from an accredited institution; ABD will be considered. In addition, an MBA is preferred. Responsibilities include teaching twelve credits (12) per semester (9 credits if teaching in the Graduate Program). Ability to teach Management courses including Principles of Management, Leadership, and International Business, and Economics courses, such as Macro- and Microeconomics, is required. The candidate must be able to teach classes at the undergraduate and graduate level and have day, evening and weekend availability. An interest and willingness in teaching online is required. Relevant industry experience is required. Experience at the Managing Director or Director level is desired. Evidence of outstanding teaching ability must be demonstrated. Experience with curriculum development is a plus. The successful applicant will advise students, supervise student competitions (e.g. Federal Reserve Challenge), attend faculty meetings, develop curriculum, and participate in other related activities as requested by the Dean of the Division of Business.
