We are seeking a Manager of Analysis to join the team,at our corporate headquarters based in downtown, Atlanta, GA.
The Manager of Analysis role supports the manufacturing leadership team by providing insightful financial analysis that ensures manufacturing and business leadership has the correct financial and operational information to accurately evaluate operations performance.
A Day In The Life Typically Includes:
Support Manufacturing Leadership team in the area of long term planning; develop metrics and communicate progress of various planning initiatives
Support manufacturing sites with analysis and economic thinking related to key capital and expense projects
Lead division-wide product costing initiatives
Lead division-wide fiduciary oversight activities such as; idle asset reviews, system access reviews, watchlists, control questionnaires and storeroom metrics.
Promote an environment of effective partnering with operations and business leadership to maximize value creation
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business
At least SEVEN years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Strategy roles
Previous demonstrated experience as an individual contributor supporting a business or client
Ability to conduct complicated cost and marginal analysis
Prior experience developing financial models, scorecards, and key metrics
Firm understanding of NPV/IRR and other investment valuation metrics
Strong intellectual curiosity
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting and Product Costing Principles
Strong customer focus and sense of urgency required
Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel - spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, data analysis/manipulation and formula creation, etc., Access-query and PowerPoint – presentation creation/editing)
