Reports to: Director, Information Technology Enterprise Systems
The OneCard System Administrator is responsible for the management and administration of OneCard, university ID card system and integrated applications supporting meal plan distribution/maintenance, point of sale system software/hardware management and door access control.
Required Qualifications – Required qualifications to effectively perform the job. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered. (Additional requirements may be designated by position.)
Minimum of 1-3 years’ relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Business process analysis training preferred
Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – May be representative, but not all-inclusive, of those knowledge, skills, and abilities commonly associated with this position.
Strong quantitative skills
Must possess good judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Must be comfortable in rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous work situations.
