Rutgers-The State University of New Jersey is seeking an Assistant/Associate Professor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School located in Newark, New Jersey. This is a full-time Assistant or Associate Professor position. The applicant will be a clinical microbiologist, responsible for all aspects of establishing new microbiological tests including ensuring proper and complete billing. Will provide expertise for antibiotic utilization and quality assurance program.
Minimum education and experience: PhD or MD degree. Certificate of ABMM (American Board of Medical Microbiology) required for PhD. MD candidates need to be board certified by American Board of Pathology.
